Fret.
Do Not Fret
In light of recent events, I've taken it within myself to write a little about the often unwanted and metaphorically evil term, fret.
People often face things they'd rather not encounter or experience at any given time. Alternately, people face things they want to encounter yet fear its repercussions and consequences. Why?
We should not fear the uncertain, the unconfirmed. Things happen. Shit happens. It ALWAYS does. It all depends on whether you're strong enough to face it. You're probably not and I hope these words change that mental view of yours.
Say the things you want to say. Be not afraid of being decried. Those who truly understand and admire you will surely understand, regardless of how non-sensible or ridiculous it seems. Release your hearts contents for it shall set you free. This freedom I speak of is not the freedom obtained from completing examinations or being released from captivity. This freedom I speak of is freedom of the soul. Of the mind. Forever will the thoughts you fail to express be stuck in your head and meddle with your every decision.
Do the things you want to do. Be not afraid of how pathetic the public deems you. Yet again, the people who truly care will understand. Is that not what really matters? If people fail to understand you, screw them. NOBODY but yourself should be allowed to determine whether your actions are gratuitous or not. Disregard insular people who are insatiable with your actions. There's so much more you can do with your life other than to consider what other people may think of you. Seriously,
SCREAM when you want to scream.
Kick someone whenever you feel the need to.
Heck, give 'em the finger if you feel he or she is being a dumbass.Honestly, do NOT hold back. Merely choose the correct time and place.
Do what I say, and I assure you...
Tomorrow you will find yourself feeling a stronger sense of peace than you have experienced in a long time. Welcome it with outstretched arms…welcome it because it comes not just from any part of you but a part that not only gives peace but GREAT peace.
"Thoughts and feelings play a major role in everything we do. It is through these inner processes that we experience our happiness and peace of mind—or the worst day we've ever had."
