I believe Bush's stupidity has been clearly portrayed in this ridiculous war with Iraq that's lasted just over 5 years now. People say Bush was successful.
A total of 4000+ American soldiers have died in Iraq since the start of the war. And at what cost?
Look at Iraq's condition now. The capture of Saddam Hussein proved useful, yes. But in my opinion and I'm sure others as well would agree that he should not have been hung. His departure has for the most part left Iraq in US control. America won the battles but lost the war. Iraq was invaded at too early a stage. Some countries aren't ready for a democracy and it should not be forced upon them. It merely causes more chaos. Case and point, Iraq.
To be honest I really do not follow the news as much as my brother or parents do. However, I distinctly remember reading somewhere about the G8 summit held back in 2006. When he spoke to the Chinese president, all he could say was that "China is a big country". Telling the Chinese president that China's a big country isn't a sign of social ineptness. It's a sign of mental midgetry. Sigh.
George W. Bush is most probably a moron. Most of us will never know, because most of us will never meet him. But if he isn't a moron, the way he acted during the 2006 G8 Summit didn't really help me change my mind.
But damn. Maybe since it's been 2 years, he MAY have actually grown smarter?
This was taken today. In China. He was supporting Michael Phelps. HE CAN'T EVEN HOLD THE AMERICAN FLAG RIGHT.So has he grown smarter? Not a single bit, in my opinion.
But hey, maybe he'll come visit Penang once his term's over like Tony Blaire did recently. Maybe I'll knock some sense into him. (or attempt to, at least)
